– Implement legal procedures of the project under the management of the Project Development Board;
– Monitor and urge the dossier-handling specialists of the Departments and Branches to consider and settle the Company’s dossiers in a timely manner;
– Coordinate with project-related departments to monitor and summarize the process of implementing legal work for each project;
– Advise Divisional Leaders and superior leaders on legal issues that need to be resolved for the project during the investment preparation phase;
– Coordinate with the Project Management Board and the Technical Department to carry out legal procedures in the stages of construction, completion and operation.
